When you submit an inquiry, join our email list, apply to work with us, or request a culinary collaboration, we receive the details you provide. Depending on the form, these may include your name, email address, phone number, company, event plans, preferences, and application materials. Please share only what is needed for your request and do not include payment-card details or sensitive personal information in a general inquiry.
How we use information
We use inquiries to respond, discuss availability, prepare proposals, coordinate service, and maintain records of our conversations and bookings. An event inquiry may generate an acknowledgment email and a staff follow-up. It does not reserve a date or automatically subscribe you to marketing. We use application information to review work and collaboration opportunities.
If you choose to receive updates, we use your contact details and selected interests to send relevant Auburn Angel news. You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or contact hello@auburnangel.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent correspondence needed for a request or booking you initiated.

Our site uses WordPress, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, FluentCRM, and FluentSMTP. Google may process analytics information when you permit analytics; see Google’s privacy policy.

Payments and bookings made through another service are governed by that service’s notices and the terms provided during your transaction.
